Our team will review your request and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number along with return instructions. Please do not ship items without approval.

Place the unused, unwashed item in its original packaging. Include the RA number inside for faster processing.

4. Ship Back
Send the package to the return address provided.
Note: Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5. Refund or Exchange

Refund: Once inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchange: If requested, replacement items will be shipped within 3–5 business days after approval.
